Refunds and Shipping

Refund
Our refund policy is 15 Days for non-seed items only. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged upon arrival with photograph proof, or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need a refund or exchange for seed purchases due to lost or undelivered packages, you will be awarded a full refund or replacement.

If applicable, once your return for non-seed items is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at backyardgardenseeds@gmail.com and send your item to: P.O. BOX 402, OLIVE BRANCH, Mississippi 38654-0402.

 

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 5-7 Days using the following carrier(s): USPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 402, OLIVE BRANCH, Mississippi 38654-0402. We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. You will receive an email with a shipping label that you must print and stick or tape to the package.
